Athletec retains the personal information it collects from the time you sign up as a member until you cancel your membership (for example, by requesting withdrawal). Upon cancellation, Athletec immediately destroys your personal information in a way that cannot be recovered (if the personal information has been provided to a third party, Athletec also instructs the third party to destroy it). However, in each of the following cases, personal information is retained for the period specified for that case.
